Shannon rode her bike without training wheels today !!! It definitely helped that she could see... last summer she wasn't anywhere near riding on 2 wheels... Now that she has her glasses, she was able to get her balance right away.. a few tries and off she went...

Jealous. Isabel still won't ride hers w/o training wheels. She is terrified of falling, and that makes it much harder. I'm gonna have the only high schooler who uses training wheels, I know it. :o(
1. so is she done with the eye patch already or i can't see it under the shades?

3. marsha, no worries. my kate (same age as kelly) just started riding without training wheels. and i use riding loosely. she ran into a tree last week. and a parked car. girl's got NO coordination.
Summer, good to know. My kiddo is about six months younger than Kelly. She has coordination, but much fear and trepidation. Sigh...
